Todd Terhaar

Todd brings 16 years of experience to GLEC, having graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in biology in 1994.  He has been involved in a variety of petroleum site investigations, environmental site assessments and audits, agricultural chemical cleanups, and remedial investigations.  He specializes in Environmental Site Assessments, with over 100 assessment projects to his credit.  These projects have included undeveloped sites, farm sites, bulk agricultural chemical storage facilities, large commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.

Terry has been a Project Manager for over 11 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences from St. Cloud State University in 1996 with a minor in Geography.  He has worked with Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, agricultural chemical cleanups, remedial investigations, and petroleum site investigations.  These projects have included undeveloped land, farm sites, bulk agricultural chemical storage facilities, industrial facilities, and retail petroleum sites.  Terry has responsibilities that include completion of site assessments, pre-construction soil sampling, remedial investigations, corrective action plans, and execution of corrective actions at a variety of agricultural chemical and petroleum distribution facilities in Minnesota.  Upon completion of investigative activities, prepare appropriate investigative reports in accordance with Minnesota Department of Agriculture or Minnesota Pollution Control Agency guidance documents.
