Todd has 28 years of experience to GLEC, having graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in biology and mathematics in 1994.  He has been involved in a variety of petroleum site investigations, environmental site assessments and audits, agricultural chemical cleanups, and remedial investigations.  He specializes in Environmental Site Assessments, with over 150 assessment projects to his credit.  These projects have included undeveloped sites, farm sites, bulk agricultural chemical storage facilities, large commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
